Stacey Gladden

Counsellor

I have been working in the voluntary industry, helping support families. My desire to make a greater impact has driven me to qualify as a counsellor. I take a person-centred approach, creating a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. I have experience working with individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I am passionate about helping clients discover their strengths, develop resilience and live a more fulfilling life.

Daniel Jones

Counsellor

I'm a qualified counsellor working from the humanistic perspective. Having worked in male-dominated industries, I've seen first-hand the stigma surrounding mental health and challenges many face in seeking support. I'm particularly passionate about breaking down these barriers and creating a space where it's okay to talk about struggles openly-without shame or judgement. If you're ready to work through your concerns with someone who truly listens and supports you in a genuine way, I'm here to help.
